I’m an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), based in Zürich. I work primarily with women experiencing life transitions, especially relocation and the personal changes that often come with it. My coaching focuses on identity, confidence, routines, and belonging, creating space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

My own life has included many transitions - living in different countries, adapting to new cultures and languages, and changing careers. These experiences have shaped how I coach: with care, trust in your own inner wisdom, and respect for your pace.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and thoughtful. Coaching with me is not about quick fixes. It is a space to pause, listen more closely to yourself, and take small, realistic steps that feel right for you.

Based in Zürich. Sessions in English or Russian, online or in person.

My background includes HR operations and talent acquisition experience, an MBA in Human Resource Management from National University, California, and ICF ACC certification.
